What payment methodes do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express as well as Paypal. You may also send us payment in the form of Money Order. As a last resort, we also accept cheques, though delivery will be delayed till cheque clears.
How will this charge appear on my Credit Card?
Your payment to Doggietshirts.com will appear as a charge from Carbon 60. Doggietshirts.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of Carbon 60.
What are the shipping charges and times?
95% of our items ship within 48 hrs (business days) of placing your order. Some of our designs are custom printed and could take up to 72 hrs. Ship time to the US and Canada is generally 4-6 business days from the moment you receive your shipping notification. International orders generally take 10-15 business days.
Shipping charges are very simple. You pay a flat rate based on destination for the first item, then, a flat discounted rate for any additional item. Click here for shipping chart.
Do you accept returns?
If the item is in new, unused condition with full tags, we will be more than happy to exchange the item for either another item, or a store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate for the value of the item minus shipping. Please note that all exchaged items will be subject to a reshipping fee equal to the amount paid for first shipping. No handling fee is added.
We think our dog is addorable in your items, where can we submit a picture?
You can submit a picture of your four-legged friend to pictures@doggietshirts.com. We even give out gift certificates for future savings when we're in the mood!
