What payment methodes do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express as well as Paypal. You may also send us payment in the form of Money Order. As a last resort, we also accept cheques, though delivery will be delayed till cheque clears.

Your payment to Doggietshirts.com will appear as a charge from Carbon 60 Design. Doggietshirts.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of Carbon 60.
What are the shipping charges and times?
95% of our items ship within 48 hrs (business days) of placing your order. Some of our designs are custom printed and could take up to 72 hrs. Ship time to the US and Canada is generally 4-9 business days from the moment you receive your shipping notification. International orders generally take 10-15 business days.

Do you accept returns?
If the item is in new, unused condition with full tags, we will be more than happy to exchange the item for either another item, or a full refund minus shipping when the item is returned within 21 days. Returns of Brand-New items past 21 days will still be eligible for a Store Credit. Please contact us for details. Please note that all exchanged items will be subject to a reshipping fee equal to the amount paid for first shipping. No handling fee is added.
